The Historic Tanglewood Club has partnered exclusively with Hungry Bee Catery to provide gourmet on-site catering services for all our events. Chef Kimberly McCune Gibson (of Food Network and Northeast Ohio fame) and her team will see to every aspect of your dinner with award winning dishes and chef-created flavors.

Our ballroom can seat up to 200 guests with the dance floor. Up to 400 can mingle at a cocktail-style reception. Perfect rooms for pre-wedding festivities like showers, engagement parties and rehearsal dinners too!

“Nick and I had our wedding at The Tanglewood Club in June, and it could not have been more perfect! Good food, amazing staff, and beautiful venue! First of all the outdoor grove ceremony space was EXACTLY what I was looking for! It had lots of shade for the guests with its tall, lush trees and a beautiful view of a hole with a lake behind the altar, that was perfect for pictures.

The reception space was perfection as well! The wall to ceiling windows provided lots of natural light for cocktail hour and dinner, and cozy reflections of the lights for dancing once it got dark out. We got the entire top floor of the club house and the outside patio area, which was SPACIOUS. It felt cozy and intimate, but left so much room for people to walk around and find their own quiet moments if they wanted to.

Finally, I can’t say enough good things about the staff. The bartenders and serving staff were OUTSTANDING, and provided such good energy the entire night! And Joe and Amanda, the event coordinators who were handling our event were wonderful! Not only were they incredibly kind and easy to work with, but they were on top of it! They were both easily accessible for any questions, and made sure everyone was on the same page before the day. They also nailed all of our decorations, table settings and signage! All I had to do was drop them off, and enjoy them day-of after they were setup! Overall, we had a blast during our wedding, and would 100% recommend Tanglewood!! (Side-note the newly renovated bridal suite is GORGEOUS, and VERY fun to use).”
