We will provide all the planning assistance with our on-site event coordinator to help you celebrate this joyous occasion. We also provide catering services through our exclusive catering partner – Hungry Bee Catery. We have customized cuisine menus to appeal to all appetites as well as intimate spaces that hold up to 300 people for your event.
Banquet Spaces
The Grand Ballroom
Distinguished by a wall of windows, the Grand Ballroom is a sun-drenched room overlooking our patio and with a fantastic view of the golf course. Four wrought iron chandeliers and a brick fireplace add a touch of both elegance and rustic charm to the room. Our ballroom can seat up to 200 guests with the dance floor. Up to 400 can mingle at a cocktail-style reception.
The West Room
This room has a commanding elevated view of our beautiful golf course. Equipped with a private bar, romantic fireplace, and WiFi, this room is our most versatile. The West Room can seat up to 80 guests and can accommodate 150 people for a cocktail-style event.
The Pavilion
This elegant reception space is located just off of our foyer. The soaring cathedral ceiling and graceful columns make this a popular room for cocktail receptions and private family gatherings. The Pavilion has a seating capacity of up to 50, and 100 guests can be entertained during a cocktail-style event.
Ceremonial Grove
The Ceremonial Grove is an intimate setting with ample shade surrounded by mature trees. It is a beautiful, serene space perfect for an unforgettable outdoor ceremony. The space capacity is 150 people. We provide the chairs, set up, take down and the rehearsal time is included.
Ceremonial Overlook
The Ceremonial Overlook is highly popular by our brides and grooms in the fall as it overlooks the changing treeline and sparkling Tanglewood lake in the background. This outdoor space is the most picturesque space to host your upcoming wedding celebration.
